Netafim Morocco was at SIAM 2019
The Salon International De L'Agriculture Au Maroc (SIAM) held in Meknes, Morocco, is the biggest agricultural fair and the best place to sell and showcase agricultural-related products. With around one million visitors each year ranging from saffron producers to camel breeders, it is the place to be for any company involved in high-quality agriculture.
Netafim Morocco had a 80 sqm island booth in the middle of the agrofurniture area, which was specifically decorated to attract people from the very product-oriented market in Morocco. At the booth, our people made fascinating demonstrations of the entire range of Netafim solutions, which attracted hundreds of interested visitors, many of whom were not aware of our innovative precision-irrigation technologies. Several very successful product training sessions were conducted, as well as one-on-one meetings with customers from Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Niger, Senegal and other countries of North and West Africa.
In our efforts to facilitate the work of our Moroccan dealers and help them increase their market share, we launched a new application - NetCertif. Available on the Play Store and the App Store, it facilitates our clients’ lives by enabling dealers and local farmers to collect very easily all the documents required to obtain subsidies for Netafim products from the Moroccan government. The app was very well received.
To further engage visitors, we also displayed photos and videos of recent success stories in Morocco.
Overall, Netafim Morocco's presence was extremely well received and we expect to be there next year to showcase even more of our innovations.
